2024 was a year of growth and continued development for Kombiverkehr. Twelve new employees found their way into the rail sector at Kombiverkehr – which means that a total of 148 employees are now bringing their expertise and team spirit into the work we do for our customers and limited partners.

We have made targeted improvements to the working environment with new HR initiatives. Chief among these is the start of our e-learning platform. It adds flexibility to further training, strengthens a sense of responsibility and ensures consistent standards at Kombiverkehr. The new intranet also brought fresh impetus, modern communication, transparent information and improved networking. We have established a new Customer Care department with a clear focus on achieving a consistent customer orientation. It acts as the central interface for complaints, claims and other matters with the aim of shortening processing times and finding pragmatic solutions quickly.

Our motto “We for us” remains our compass – we continue to practise it with a flat hierarchy, mutual respect and genuine togetherness. That is how we deliver sustainable, customer-focused progress in Combined Transport, whether remotely or on site at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main.
